Karabakh young people meet OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs with protest

The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs left for Qarvachar and, later Berdzor, the central town of Qashatagh, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) were received with a protest held by the local residents.

The protesters were holding placards with slogans such as թ§Չ‚-ժ“We made our choice in 1991թ§Չ‚-Թ, թ§Չ‚-ժ“Respect democratic principlesթ§Չ‚-Թ, You are responsibleթ§Չ‚-Թ, թ§Չ‚-ժ“Respect our rightsթ§Չ‚-Թ, թ§Չ‚-ժ“Condemn the aggressor.թ§Չ‚-Թ

The young people blocked the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs way and demand answers to their questions.

US Co-Chair James Warlick was the one who mainly talked to the young people.

The young people presented their demands concerning the liberated territories and the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.

The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs left Berdzor for Stepanakert.

On Sunday they held a meeting with President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) Bako Sahakyan.
